Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
All orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day, regardless of delivery method chosen, subject to stock availability and any security checks. Order placed after 4pm or at weekends are processed and dispatched the following working day. We offer two delivery options for UK orders:
- Free Royal mail 1’st class recorded delivery for all UK orders (Will be delivered to you within approximately 2 days)
- Free Royal mail next day Special delivery for orders over £50 (Guaranteed by 1pm)
We also offer same day delivery to your place in an emergency, or you can visit our place and collect your items, but you must confirm with us before you visit.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERYÂ
All our international orders are processed and dispatched through Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service. Which usually takes 3-5 working days to deliver.

RETURNSÂ
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, or if you buy the wrong item by mistake please return it to us unworn and originally packed within 14 days and we will send you a replacement or give you a full refund.
When returning please enclose the invoice we send you or a cover letter with the order number, your full name and full address and most importantly your requirements.
We aim to process all returns within 7 working days, but please allow us up to 14 working days for a refund.
